All you need to tell us is which items you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you a unique Returns Authorization (RA) number and the return instructions. I have received my item, but I no longer want to keep it? If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund - please note that DVDs, Blu-rays & 4K Ultra HD that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return.
