We maintain a very fair pricing policy and do our best to ensure that we offer competitive prices along with a professional and efficient service All our used parts are dismantled from fully operational vehicles which are tested and approved before dispatch.In addition we have a fully operational workshop offering the fitment of parts, servicing and technical advice. With our friendly, experienced and enthusiastic team we aim to suffice our customer's requirements from having new and used parts ready for dispatch, equipped to modify, rectify and repair your MX5. Payment We accept the following payment methods :- Using the eBay payments or on collection Cash on collection (by appointment) Shipping All our listings on eBay are inclusive of carriage to all UK postcode locations Orders placed and paid for in full by 2pm (Monday to Friday) aim to be shipped the same day with our designated courier for delivery the next working day, some geographical areas may take at least two working days Any orders received after 2pm we will try our best to ship the same working day but if not we will ship on the next working day (for panels see below) Most of our shipments are sent with UKMail with full tracking details, alternatively we will use a 1st Class Royal Mail service Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped on the Monday and any orders over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day Body panel orders placed on the last day of the working week will be dispatched on the next working day as we go to great lengths to avoid them arriving damaged, in our experience we have found that shipping panels over a weekend increases the chances of them being damaged in transit We go to great lengths to package our items to ensure they arrive safely and as part of our environmental policy our company recycles all packaging where possible Delayed consignments, please contact us if you haven't received your package within the scheduled time and we will endeavour to resolve We do not take any responsibility for damages or losses for collections made by you once left our premises Large Consignments & Body Panels Orders for body panels we ask that the consignment is opened at time of delivery and checked before signing for; sometimes this may not always be possible as the courier driver does not want to wait around, don't worry just sign for the consignment as unchecked. If your consignment is damaged on arrival please refuse the consignment and contact us immediately Any damages to body panels must be notified to us within 24 hours, after this period of time they will be deemed to be in good condition and unfortunately we cannot take any liability for damages. When we ship larger items i.e. gearboxes, engines etc. these are sent on a pallet, which we will liaise with you to find a convenient delivery date for the pallet to be received. International Shipments MX5 Heaven is happy to ship to international countries, please enquire about shipping costs before purchasing or placing a bid Depending on the value and size of the item(s) we will offer you a choice of a standard shipping service by Royal Mail (untracked) or with our courier (fully tracked) Shipping with an international standard service we cannot guarantee a delivery date / timescale but by taking up our tracked service, it can be traced on its entire journey and give you an estimated arrival and overall timescale It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import duties Returns In the event of needing to return an item to us, please contact us via eBay messaging system with the details within 7 working days, we will then issue a returns number, after this has been issued all goods must be returned to us within 14 consecutive days.Please see below the relevant category for timescales and our policy.
